DESIGN AND BUILD TEAM
	River Holloway Site Team I come from New Zealand where I grew up building tree huts in the bush and making rafts to go down the river. I have a degree in design and a passion for creating large and unusual sculpture. I love working for Theories.
	Rory MacArthur Site Foreman My name is Rory MacArthur. I was born in Scotland but raised in Hackney! I have been gardening since the age of fifteen and public spaces for the last twenty years and still get great pleasure from seeing people enjoying the areas I have built. Other interests include music promotion, djing, bringing up my two children and looking after my two cats!
	Jerry Cooper Design Team I’ve been working all my life in the fields of ‘play’. Having qualified as an architect I became disillusioned with the building industry, I started to become involved in community garden projects and through that to play….. Through that work we discovered that play can and should take place everywhere at the behest and spontaneous spirit of a child not in cages and pens most schools and parks possess. I have been attempting to make better play spaces ever since.
	Sam Denny Site Team I left school at sixteen to go to college to complete a two year GNVQ carpentry course which I completed with a merit. I enjoy all types of woodwork and landscaping. I always love new challenges. Moving to Theories was great for me because everyone in the team has excellent work spirit, knowledge and diversity in different jobs. I love being outside and get great satisfaction out of finishing a job to perfection. Theories have treated me so well since the first day I joined the company. I couldn’t have asked for a better job.
	Danny Jarvis Site Team Enjoys music that serenades the soul and shakes the walls. Hope to fuse my love and passion of art, music, society, physics, taichi, geometry and philosophy into playgrounds that transform lives.
	Dan Jordan Site Team Dan Jordan has an M.A in sculpture and loves to paint, draw and make short video films in his spare time. He is currently renovating a victorian terrace house and can often be found blowing giant bubbles at summer fetes and festivals.
	Kawal Ramnath Office Manager Hi I am Kawal, office manager, just one of my handles. Apart from the usual admin and accounts stuff, I get involved in almost every aspect of Theories except construction. I enjoy tremendous job satisfaction knowing I am helping to bring enjoyable play to children. My mates here at Theories are wonderful to work with and I am really having a good time. I am an absolute avid cricket fan and when I am not working I am usually supporting my favourite team the West Indies.
	Aron Greenwood Site Foreman I have a City and Guilds in Roof thatching and an MA in Fine Art. The most pleasing aspect of this job is when, after many weeks of hard work and construction the playground is finally complete. I enjoy the moment I can stand back and watch the excited children in their new domain. I am looking forward to the day when my own daughter is old enough to play in one of the playgrounds I have built.
	Ruth Mottershead Design Team Having grown up in Manchester, I’m a northern girl at heart! I have recently completed a degree in landscape Architecture and have made the big move down south to join the world of Theories. So far, my time here has been thoroughly enjoyable. I am excited about the unique opportunities ahead and the chance to get started and involved in Play, making a difference to local children and communities throughout London. My interests include art and design, travel and Japanese culture.
	Elin Bielecka Design Team An ex-circus performer and pyrotechnician with welding skills and qualifications in Engineering Design and Art. Presently part of the blue rinse brigade. Loves play and designing to encourage imagination, strength and physical confidence.
	Nathan Eyers Design Team I believe that landscape interventions improve lives and communities for everyone irrespective of context or setting. This is why I do what I do, and this is why working with Theories is so satisfying, as we focus our creative and physical energies on the world around us.
	Conrad Senior Site Team Hey! I am Conrad Senior. I have worked as a play worker and achieved my NVQ level 2 and 3 qualification in play work. I have designed, developed and built play structures in adventure playgrounds for 15 years. I enjoy working with my hands creating new and adventurous things for the play environment. I am always learning, soaking up new ways of doing everything. Theories have given me the opportunity to work with like minded people which encourages me to be more creative. I also teach street dance to children and adults in my spear time... Loving it!!
